Multicultural Graduation
Multicultural Graduation is an annual commencement celebration hosted by cultural centers on college campuses that celebrates and honors diversity and cultural traditions within an inclusive space, with a focus on student success and community support. During Multicultural Graduation, graduating seniors at Reed who identify as a student of color and/or one of the first in their families to graduate from college are celebrated and given a special stole for their commencement regalia. During the ceremony, we also recognize the faculty, staff, family members, and/or friends who have supported our graduates during their journey at Reed.
