Max Goss (he/him/his)

Operations Coordinator

I moved to the United States in 2014 to complete my B.A. in Psychology at American University in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, I lived in South Africa, where I was born, as well as a few different European countries. I began a career working for institutions of higher education shortly after receiving my degree and am continuing here at Reed in the Operations Coordinator role.

I enjoy traveling as much as possible, mostly for the purpose of trying different foods, but also for meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I otherwise spend my time hiking, collecting vinyl records, and lounging in coffee shops.

Counseling Services

Jenni Leatham, LPC, CRC, MAC (she/her/hers)

Clinical Case Manager

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am truly looking forward to being a part of the Reed community this year! I have a master’s degree in Counseling and Rehabilitation from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. I have worked in higher education the majority of my counseling career and I am very passionate about working with students.

I consider myself to be an integrative therapist, with strong influences from Interpersonal and Emotion-Focused theories, along with an emphasis on a multicultural and feminist perspective. As a therapist my goal with each client is to have a collaborative, open, and honest therapeutic relationship that will allow them to feel accepted and safe. I am aware that each individual has a unique perspective on life, and in order to engage in effective counseling, I believe that it is important to explore the client’s values, understanding of the world, and interpretation of life experiences. In my work with clients, I draw on interventions rooted in a multitude of counseling theories including but not limited to, here-and-now feedback, mindfulness, experiential interventions, and art therapy.

While, I strive to be a well-rounded generalist, I have particular experience working with issues related to identity development, gender and sexuality, disability, addictions, and relational concerns.

Personally, I am always in pursuit of a new adventure and find fun in traveling, white-water rafting, scuba diving, skiing, biking and kayaking.

Skylar Willson-Ko, LMFT (she/her/hers)

Staff Counselor

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon. I have my MA in Marriage, Couples and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College. I have previously worked as a school-based therapist, a telehealth therapist, and an outpatient therapist in a community mental health setting. I also have experience working in residential and community engagement programs.

As a queer, cisgender, femme therapist, I approach my work from a person-centered, feminist, social justice lens. I love to support clients as they explore identity, develop strong coping skills and develop excellent relationship and communication skills. I am passionate about my therapy space being inclusive and welcoming to all of my clients. I have specialties in working with queer, nonbinary and transgender clients, as well as OCD, ADHD, trauma, family therapy, and couples therapy.

When I am not at work I spend my time hanging out with my family, making ceramics, painting, crocheting and sewing my own clothes, gardening, reading, and cooking.

Sarah Fleischauer, MS, LPC (she/her/hers)

Staff Counselor

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, and received my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Emory University. I utilize a trauma-informed, person centered, and mindful approach to therapy. We will focus on building awareness of your emotions and needs in the present moment, connecting them to past experiences, developing strategies to create change, and accepting what is beyond your control. Prior to working at Reed, I worked in school-based and in-home settings with children and adolescents, in community mental health, at a domestic violence/sexual assault shelter and resource center, and at other higher education institutions. When I'm not at work, you can find me hanging out with my pets, gardening, doing DIY home renovation projects, and spending time outdoors.

Kyle Malin, LPC, CADC I (she/her/hers)

Staff Counselor

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor in the state of Oregon. I have a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Oregon, and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Portland State University. I use a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy based in Motivational Interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapies. I have additional training and experience in group therapy, trauma-informed care, addictions, and mindfulness and meditation as an adjunct to therapy.

Prior to joining Reed I worked in hospital settings, residential alcohol & drug treatment centers, intensive outpatient treatment programs, community-based intensive case management, and supporting adults with developmental disabilities. I am passionate about helping clients connect with themselves as well as build a broader sense of community that will support their ongoing healing and change outside of the therapy room. Outside of work I enjoy volunteering with high school students, reading, crafting, and hanging out with my cats.

Miriam Saucedo, LPC, CADC I (she/her/hers)

Staff Counselor

I am grateful for the opportunity to join the 制服巨乳 community. I was born and raised in Oregon. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, backpacking, and spending time with my cats. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC I). I have provided counseling services in community mental health, residential, and college settings.

I am person-centered and strengths-based in my approach to counseling, which means I strive to collaborate with you within your unique context, including your intersecting identities, culture, and surrounding systems. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore your current needs and perspectives, and I view your inner strengths as sources of healing. I am dedicated to my continuous engagement in self-evaluation and education regarding the impact of my own identities of privilege, in order to challenge and dismantle my internalized biases. I approach our relationships with our bodies from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, which celebrates body diversity, intersecting identities, compassionate self-care, and challenges cultural assumptions. I integrate mindfulness and grounding skills, as well as cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) techniques.

I look forward to collaborating with the Reed Health and Counseling Center and providing support to students.

Kerry Cohen, PsyD, LPC (she/her/hers)

Staff Counselor

I’m a licensed therapist and writer. These two roles intertwine in that I’m concerned most with relationships and issues regarding sex, especially for, but not limited to, women and women-identified people. As a therapist, I’m most interested in limiting the pathology placed on people and redirecting it to where it usually belongs - the culture in which we live. I believe strongly that  patriarchy and late-stage capitalism lead to so many of our struggles as we try to understand who we are and who we can be. I work from an existential-humanist and Jungian orientation with clients, andI integrate Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when necessary. I hold tightly to the belief that empathy is probably the most therapeutic act I can offer others.
Prior to working at Reed, I had a private practice where I worked with adults and couples, specializing in sex and relationships. I’m certified in addiction counseling as well. I’m the author of twelve books, including Loose Girl: A Memoir of Promiscuity and Crazy for You: Breaking the Spell of Sex and Love Addiction. Reading and writing hold a central place in my life outside the therapy office. So does my bulldog Betty, who is the goodest of girls.

Medical Services

Anne Kimberly, FNP-C (she/her/hers)

Family Nurse Practitioner

I started at Reed in 2001 and am happy to still be here as a full-time FNP. Although my professional career started in social service, it was my 2-year service in the U.S. Peace Corps in Sierra Leone, West Africa, that pointed me towards nursing. I was also privileged to work for 2 ½ years in Somalia, South Sudan, Kenya and Tanzania with humanitarian relief organizations between my basic and advanced nursing programs. My FNP work started in OHSU’s ER and I still work there during school breaks; however, once I switched jobs to Reed it was clear to me that I had found my work “home.”

I’m committed to being a part of an inclusive healthcare environment for my colleagues and for our student patients. I’m passionate about providing comprehensive medical care including; transgender HRT, vaccinations, sexual health and annual check-ins for overall wellbeing.

My personal life is filled with as much nature as I can get, hanging out with my dog Bosco (often seen at the clinic to provide dog love to students!) , gardening, and all thing sustainable (reduce, reuse, recycle, replant).

Rachel Neuendorf

Mental Health Provider

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor and provide psychiatric medication management at the HCC. My approach to mental health is patient-centered and holistic. I love working with students to help them find the right therapeutic balance utilizing medication, nutrition, botanical medicine and lifestyle changes.

Prior to working at Reed, I served as a primary care provider in a busy clinic serving vulnerable patients. Much of my practice was focused on mental health. Before obtaining my doctorate in naturopathic medicine, I worked as a medical device engineer in Silicon Valley, designing and developing stents. I have a BS in materials science and engineering from Iowa State University and a MS in materials science and engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Concurrent to receiving my doctorate in naturopathic medicine, I also attained another Master of Science degree; this time in integrative medicine research. (I am clearly a fan of education.)

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my daughter, reading, playing with my dogs, and crafting.

Girija Bhonsle, ND (she/her/hers)

Primary Care Medical Provider

My ultimate role as a physician is educating and empowering my patients to be in
control of their health and bodies while creating a therapeutic relationship built upon
mutual trust and respect. For these reasons, I am especially honored to join the Reed
community. My clinical interests include mental health, sexual wellness & contraceptive
care, gender affirming care, and disordered eating.

I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from National University of
Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2021 and completed a 3 year integrative primary care
residency. Prior to medical school, I earned my BA in neurobiology and psychology at
Boston University. Subsequently, I worked at Massachusetts General Hospital as a
pulmonary function lab manager and at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as a clinical
research coordinator. I have always been drawn to medicine and healthcare, and I
consider myself exceptionally lucky to be able to fulfil my passion every day.

In my free time, I enjoy watching scary movies, reading mystery novels, visiting the
beautiful natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest, and visiting too many history and art
museums along the way. I am also a proud cat mom with 3 fur babies (Willow, Violette
and Gose) and will always be ready stories and pictures of fur babies of all kinds!

Registered Nurse

I am thrilled to be part of the 制服巨乳 community as a registered nurse with the Health and Counseling Center! I was raised here in Portland and spent four years in Eugene pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Oregon before returning to study nursing at OHSU. I am passionate about health equity and health promotion. I began my nursing career in community health primary care, where I gained invaluable experience serving some of our community’s most vulnerable populations. This experience fueled my dedication to health equity, and I am excited to be joining a team whose values align with this passion. I believe in meeting students where they are by creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for them to receive healthcare. As a nurse, it is my greatest joy and privilege to partner with individuals and work together while they take a centralized role in their health.

In my free time you will find me with friends, writing, woodworking, hiking, or camping. I love the sun the most, but during the winter months I enjoy crafting and staying cozy with a good book.

Timothie Rochon, DNP, RN, CNM (she/her/hers)

Medical Services Director

I am excited and proud to be part of the 制服巨乳 community and the Health & Counseling Center’s team. I started my career in the healthcare field as a registered nurse working in Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Emergency Medicine, and Nurse Leadership. In 2013, I completed my Masters in Nursing with an emphasis on Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University. In 2018, I completed my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Executive Healthcare Leadership from George Washington University. I’ve been fortunate throughout my career to have served some of our country’s most vulnerable and marginalized populations. These experiences have cemented my passion for healthcare transformation with a focus on healthcare equity and inclusivity. I thrive in a work environment that is collaborative, trauma-informed, and patient-centered. As a medical provider, I am passionate about reproductive, preventive, and gender-affirming health.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, our gaggle of children, and our two Great Danes. You’ll often find me driving kids to various practices/games, working on home improvement projects, or binge-watching the latest shows. I love heading to the coast, a good glass of wine, a great pair of shoes, and anything mid century.

Julie Steder, CMA (she/her/hers)

Certified Medical Assistant

I am grateful to be a part of the Reed community working as a medical assistant in the Health & Counseling Center. I have 13 years of experience working in a wide range of primary and specialty clinics that have given me a solid foundation. Health is very important to me personally, and is a big part of my decision to pursue a career in healthcare. Being a caregiver, I value treating all patients with the same level of care and with genuine compassion, striving to make every patient interaction a positive experience. I believe in Reed’s commitment to diversity and inclusion which has only strengthened my passion to make a difference! It is my goal to meet each patient where they are in their health journey, creating an affirming and welcoming environment.

In my free time I love being outside trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with my family.
