Promoting your event

  • Add your event to the calendar early for maximum visibility! It's the first step.
  • List all of your events on the calendar, even if attendance is not open to the public. You can change the visibility by noting it to CEP or by editing it in Localist.
  • Each event has a unique web address that can be shared on social media or linked in an email. Events on our calendar can also link to Facebook events!
  • Contact social media manager Autumn Barber if you would like to promote your event through Reed's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
